Return and Refund Policy

At Easing Aqua, we strive to provide top-quality water softeners and excellent customer service. To maintain our standards and ensure fairness to all customers, we have established the following non-refund policy:

Product Inspection

  • We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect the products upon delivery or installation. Any defects or issues should be reported immediately to our customer service team.
  • We accept returns if the site installation is not supported. If our technicians determine that the installation site is unsuitable or incompatible with our water softener system, we will process a return and issue a refund.
  • Any advance amount paid is non-refundable. However, you can use the amount to purchase other products from Easing Aqua.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Water softeners that have been installed or used.
  • Products damaged, mishandled, misused, or neglected.
  • Products with missing parts, accessories, or packaging.

Inspection and Approval

Upon receiving the returned product, Ecowell India will inspect it for eligibility according to the above criteria. Approval of returns and exchanges is at Easing Aqua’s discretion.

Store Credit and Exchanges

Approved returns will be issued store credit or exchanged for a similar product of equal value, as determined by Easing Aqua. Refunds to original payment methods are not provided under this policy.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received damaged or defective, customers must notify Easing Aqua within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Replacement or repair options will be provided as per Easing Aqua’s warranty and support policies.

Policy Updates

Easing Aqua reserves the right to modify or update this non-refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 working days at the sole discretion of Easing Aqua.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words with initial letters capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Easing Aqua.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Easing Aqua, accessible from www.ecowellindia.com.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours of the advance paid. The deadline for canceling an Order is 24 hours from the time of advance paid. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: info@easingaqua.com

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The installation site is unsuitable or incompatible with our water softener system.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
